EL PARLAMENTO UCRANIANO RECIBE UNA PETICIÓN DE LEGALIZACIÓN

Una petición firmada por más de 25.000 ciudadanos llega al parlamento ucraniano con el fin de legalizar el cannabis medicinal. Ahora deberán poner un anuncio en la web oficial del parlamento indicando si se considerará o no dicha petición.

Los diputados pidieron cambiar las leyes para crear las condiciones adecuadas para el uso del cannabis en actividades médicas y científicas. Los firmantes creen que también debe resolverse el problema de la circulación legal de productos que contienen cannabinoides con fines médicos y sin fines comerciales.

Entre los Ministros ucranianos existen disparidad de opiniones sobre legalizar en cannabis medicinal, pero la ministra de salud, Uliana Suprun ya mostró su apoyo a la legalización con fines médicos y científicos.

A PETITION FOR LEGALIZATION REACHES UKRANIAN PARLIAMENT

A petition signed by more than 25.000 citizens reaches the Ukranian Parliament in order to legalize medical cannabis. Now they must place an announcement on the official website of the parliament indicating wether or not this request will be considered.

The deputies asked to change the laws to create the right conditions for the use of cannabis in medical and scientific activities. Citizens believe that the problem of the legal circulation of products containing cannabinoids for medical and non-commercial purposes should also be solved.

Among the Ukranian Ministers there is a disparity of opinions on legalizing medical cannabis, but the Health Minister, Uliana Suprun, has already shown her support for legalization with medical and scientific purposes.
