BÉLGICA YA HA PRESENTADO EL PROYECTO DE LEY PARA LA LEGALIZACIÓN DEL CANNABIS MEDICINAL
Lo que Bélgica propone es la creación de una agencia específica encargada de la producción y distribución, dentro de la Agencia Federal de Medicamentos y Productos de Salud, ya que esta agencia presentó un informe sobre los efectos del cannabis en ciertas patologías para las cuales los fármacos habituales no eran efectivos.
También sería la encargada de designar las áreas de cultivo, otorgar las licencias, comprar todo el producto resultante, importar y exportar, venta al por mayor, etc.
El proyecto busca asimilarse al de su país vecino, Holanda, donde la Agencia Medicinal es la que tiene el derecho exclusivo de distribuir en el país el cannabis medicinal.

BELGIUM SUBMITTED THE DRAFT LAW FOR MEDICAL CANNABIS LEGALIZATION
What Belgium offers is the creation of an
specific agency in charge of production and distribution, within the
Federal Agency of Medicines and Health Products, since this agency
presented a report on the effects of cannabis on certain pathologies for
which usual drugs were not effective.
It would also be in charge of designating
the cultivation areas, granting the licenses, buying all the resulting
product, importing and exporting, wholesale, etc.
The idea is to make the project similar to it´s neighbouring country Holland, where the Medical Agency is the one with exclusive right to distribute Medical Cannabis in the country.
