LA SITUACIÓN DEL CANNABIS FRENTE A LAS PRÓXIMAS ELECCIONES
En las próximas elecciones del 28 de abril se elegirán los futuros miembros de las cortes que inclyen Congreso y Senado y será lo que marque el rumbo del cannabis en nuestro país.
La composición del Senado será muy importante. Es el encargado de dar luz verde a las iniciativas políticas muy relevantes. Y su papel es fundamental para cualquier reforma de la Constitución. Si algún partido consigue obtener la mayoría de esta cámara, podría frenar cualquier iniciativa que no sea de su agrado. También esta alta cámara, es la encargada de elegir o renovar magistrados del Consejo General del Poder Judicial. En esta caso cuatro de los los doce jueces.
El Parlamento o Congreso de los Diputados tiene la iniciativa legislativa junto al Senado y Gobierno. Éste último, ejerce la potestad legislativa impulsando Proyectos de Ley. También recibe las propuestas de Ley que llegan desde los distintos parlamentos de las Comunidades Autónomas.
También tramita proyectos de Ley remitidos por el Gobierno, e iniciativas que llegan del Senado o promovidas por dicho Congreso. Y por supuesto, puede introducir enmiendas en los respectivos textos ratificando o rechazando las enmiendas propuestas.
Por lo tanto, es muy importante o fundamental la composición de estas instituciones para el futuro del cannabis en España. También el respeto de los derechos o demandas de los usuarios de cannabis pueden verse afectados por la composición de ambas cámaras legislativas y del elegido Gobierno resultante.
El voto ciudadano en estas elecciones, puede marcar un antes y un después, en el camino del cannabis en Españay para ello, nos interesa conocer qué opinan los grandes partidos españoles sobre el cannabis medicinal, recreativo, su regulación o su legalización.
PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español) dice que hay que debatir y esta dispuesto hacerlo. Tampoco es muy claro con su punto de vista.
PP (Partido Popular) está en contra de todo lo relacionado con el cannabis. De hecho, cree que hay que continuar con el actual régimen de fiscalización de drogas. Aunque, entre sus filas hay altos políticos que alzan su voz a favor de facilitar en cannabis para uso medicinal.
Ciudadanos aboga por una regulación del cannabis medicinal primero, y sobre su uso recreativo, no se pronuncia claramente.
Unidos Podemos sí que aboga por una regulación tanto del cannabis medicinal como del recreativo para personas adultas.
Esquerra Republicana también aboga por regular tanto el cannabis medicinal como el recreativo.
PNV (Partido Nacionalista Vasco) apoya una propuesta integral, pero sin estar en el horizonte de la propuesta politica.
Compromís apoya también una regulación general del cannabis.

THE SITUATION OF CANNABIS FACING NEXT NATIONAL ELECTIONS
In the upcoming elections on April 28th future members of the courts that include

institutions for the future of cannabis in Spain is very important or
fundamental. Respect for the rights or demands of cannabis users may
also be affected by the composition of both legislative chambers and the
resulting elected government.
All citizens voting in these elections, can
mark a before and after, in the way of how cannabis will be treated in Spain and for it, we
are interested to know what the major Spanish parties think about
medicinal, recreational cannabis, its regulation or its legalization.
PSOE (Partido
Socialista Obrero Español) agrees this matter needs a debate and is willing to talk about it, their position is not very clear though.
PP (Partido
Popular) is against everything that is cannabis related, in fact they defend the actual drug control regime. There are a few well positioned politicians within their lines who individually have spoken about their positive point of view.
Ciudadanos agrees with medical cannabis regulation first, about recreative cannabis they have not given their opinion.
Unidos Podemos are in favour of medical and recreational legalization for adults.
Esquerra Republicana as well in favour of medical and recreational cannabis regulation.
PNV (Partido Nacionalista Vasco) supports an integral proposal but without really being on the horizon of the political proposal.
Compromís are in favour of a general regulation of cannabis.
