En la cuarta reunión del 13º Congreso Popular de la Provincia Heilongjiang, Ding Fei, un representante del Congreso Popular dijo que el cannabis industrial era un tesoro puesto que, de las semillas de cannabis se puede extraer un aceite de muy alta calidad para la salud, de los tallos se pueden extraer fibras de alta calidad y rsistencia. La buena salud de los ciudadanos y el bienestar físico y mental también formarían parte de estos efectos.

Ding Fei también añadió que la forma de diferenciar la marihuana del cáñamo, es su proporción de THC, éste último no pasa de 0,3% y está desregulado. Por este motivo se implementarán estrictas medidas de control en la provincia. El cánnabis tiene un amplio valor de aplicación en los campos de medicina, la alimentación y la cosmética y es la industria con el desarrollo más rápido, tenemos que darle una oportunidad.

La provincia de Heilongjiang tiene ventajas geográficas únicas, además de climáticas y tierras muy fértiles, por eso ya existen mas de 100 empresas en Heilongjiang que se han registrado para producir y cultivar con la planta, contando con fondos especiales para su amplio desarrollo y para la mejora del márketing y liderazgo en el mercado.

Los institutos de investigación y las empresas se coordinarán para investigaciones conjuntas. La creación de nuevas fórmulas para productos alimenticios y saludables que satisfagan las necesidades del mercado y logrando avances en estrategia y métodos de comercialización será una de las grandes apuestas.
