El gobierno argentino busca elaborar una ley que despenalice el consumo y el cultivo para uso personal y privado.
Dicho proyecto estudia las regulaciónes de otros países respecto al cannabis para poder aplicarlo a un proyecto propio.
Así lo contaba Gabriela Torres, titular de la Sedronar :
"El alcohol sigue siendo el mayor problema que tenemos. Las muertes son por el alcohol, no tenemos muertes por otra cosa"
"Quien es consumidor de cannabis no puede ser tratado como un delincuente" "una cosa es ser consumidor y otra es ser narcotraficante"
Los países vecinos pueden ser un modelo a seguir para Argentina; Uruguay, por ejemplo, legalizó el cannabis en 2013, Chile despenalizó el consumo en 2015...
